Scan and Validate Items
Each item consumed internally is scanned to confirm it exists in Sage 300. ACCU-DART validates the item number, lot/serial status, and bin location.
Enter Quantity and Details
Operators enter the quantity used and provide a reference to assist with auditing and inventory tracking.
Post to Sage 300
Once posted, the transaction is recorded instantly in Sage 300. On-hand quantities are reduced in real time, with full traceability for lots, serials, and bins.
