Select the Job and Phase
Operators choose the Job, Phase, and Category on the handheld, connecting directly to Sage 300's PJC Material Usage function.
Scan and Validate Items
Materials are scanned as they're pulled, and ACCU-DART confirms each item along with any lots, serials, or bins.
Enter Quantities and Details
The operator enters the quantity used and, if needed, additional details like Cost Code, Cost Type, Work Order, or other optional fields.
Post the Transaction
Once posted, ACCU-DART updates Inventory Control, Project and Job Costing, and the General Ledger automatically.
