    After you click Print, check these in the print dialog. In Chrome they're under More settings.
    
        
      
          
    1. Printer: your Zebra printeryour label printer, or your office printer for label sheets
      2. 
          
    2. Paper size: 4 × 3 in, matching the labels loaded
      3. 
          
    3. Layout: Portrait, even for labels wider than they are tall
      4. 
          
    4. Margins: None
      5. 
          
    5. Scale: 100% or Actual size, not Fit to page
      6. 
          
    6. Headers and footers: off
      7. 
        
    
        
    If that paper size isn't listed, add it once in the Zebra driver: Printer properties > Preferences > Page Setup.

    • Zebra Setup Utilities: select your printer, choose Open Communication With Printer, paste the ZPL and click Send to Printer.

    • Windows shared printer: save the ZPL as label.zpl, then run copy /b label.zpl \\localhost\YourPrinterShareName.
      • 
          
    • Network printer: send the file raw to the printer's IP address on port 9100.
      • 
        
    
        
    Opening a .zpl file in Notepad and printing it prints the code as text, not the label.
